 Rule question
Sorry about any mistake in the writing because I'm brazilian and not so good with languages, but I'll try my best.... So, I play D&D 4.0 with 2 groups and we're having some problems with the rules and with the portuguese translated books. 1) In one of the groups I play as a monk. The full disciple powers of the monk have an attack technique and a movement technique. So, if I want to use a encouter power I can use the attack and the movement technique in the same turn? Or I just can use the attack or just the movement technique during the encounter? 2) With the other group I play as wizard. At the 1st level I have 3 daily powers. But how many daily powers I can use per day? I can use only one per day? Or I can use each daily power once per day? Thanks for helping me!

 Re: Rule question
Your English is very good, and much better than my Portuguese.
1) You may use the Attack of a Full Discipline with a Standard Action and the Move of that same Full Discipline with a Move Action. Using just the Attack and not the Move of a Full Discipline Encounter Power counts as using that Encounter Power, and you will need a Short Rest to use either part again.
2) A Wizard must choose during an Extended Rest what Daily Spells he will remember the next day. Your Spellbook gives you choices, but you still only have the same number of Daily Attack Powers as everyone else - at First Level, you begin each day with just one of your Daily Spells. Utility Powers work the same way, even though not all of them are Daily - You choose one Level 2 Utility out of your Spellbook before you go to bed, and you can use that one the next day - once if it is a Daily, more if it is an Encounter, but you can't trade it.
If you need any further clarification, please let us know. Have Fun!
